Accepting patients in Utah and Idaho
Hi! We are Rachel and Grace! Licensed in Utah and Idaho we help people overcome relationship OCD. You deserve to feel at peace with your partner and with the right approach, you can!
Why Do Obsessions & Intrusive
Thoughts Rule Your Relationship?
What most people don't realize is that OCD doesn't usually go after germs and messes. It attaches itself to whatever is most important to you and for a lot of us that's our relationships.
When you get stuck in spirals about whether the relationship is right, whether they really love you, or whether you actually know what love it- that' s not you that's OCD.
At it's core it's about not trusting yourself to handle the most important part of your life.
You've probably tried therapy before. It probably left you talking in circles and making pros and cons list. It boosted you clarity and self awareness but you still can't relax in a relationship.
Traditional therapy is amazing for building awareness but it's just not enough for OCD. Especially when your OCD is also playing into your body image, your attachment style, and every bad relationship experience you have ever had!
That's why:
- You still can't stop thinking about your partner
- You constantly wonder if your needs are too much
- You think maybe you aren't meant for love.
You may wonder if you deserve relationships or if your brain just isn't cut out for them. You may obsess over being single and feel stressed out and preoccupied if you aren't in a relationship.
But when you address your OCD with gold standard treatments that also focus on your attachment history, past relationships, and trauma...
The intrusive thoughts lose their grip. The relationship chaos calms. The shame begins to lift. You start to just have good days and feel at peace.
You go on dates or hang out with your partner and you just feel good in the moment. You know exactly who you are and what you want.
We've helped countless others find their way and reconnect with themselves and others. We want to help you too.

Meet Your Therapists
Two friendly, evidence-based therapists committed to helping you heal, not just cope, and learn to live with OCD and trauma.

About
Hi, I'm Rachel Higgins, LCSW,
I became a therapist because the mind has always fascinated me. I spent the early part of my career working in trauma and substance use, where I noticed I had a special connection with perfectionists. That naturally drew me into the world of OCD treatment.
My friends describe me as grounded, curious, and passionate. Clients often say I have a "chill vibe" that helps them feel safe being themselves in our sessions.
My approach is integrative and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based practices like ERP EMDR, IFS, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, and positive psychology to help you:
- Break free from perfectionism and self-criticism
- Quiet intrusive thoughts and compulsions
- Heal from trauma and attachment struggles
- Feel valued, heard, and understood
- Co-create a plan tailored to your goals
Outside of therapy, I'm a huge plant lover, a frequent Disneyland visitor, a dedicated thrifter, and a mom who loves being home with her kids.
I might be right for you if you're dealing with OCD, trauma, or perfectionism, want a warm and nonjudgmental space, and are ready to do the real work of healing.
About
Hi, I'm Grace Bithell, LCSW,
I've lived with scrupulosity OCD since age 6, consumed by guilt, shame, and religious fears. After finally getting diagnosed later in life, I've been in recovery for 8 years.
When becoming a therapist, I initially avoided OCD work because it felt too close to home. While specializing in trauma therapy, I noticed that many of my trauma clients had undiagnosed OCD that no one was addressing.
This discovery led me to my focus, treating the intersection of OCD and trauma that affects 1 in 4 trauma survivors. I combine evidence-based treatments for both conditions to help you:
-
Believe in your inherent worth
-
Experience genuine calm and happiness
-
Break free from intrusive thoughts and flashbacks
-
Live without constant shame
-
Feel safe in relationships
I might be right for you if you're dealing with OCD or trauma, appreciate a touch of humor in therapy, and are looking to truly heal, not just cope.
