Instead of processing trauma in small weekly increments, we work in focused 4-6 hour sessions. Studies show 84-90% of people no longer experience PTSD symptoms after three EMDR sessions. We're talking about the kind of progress that typically takes six months of weekly therapy, condensed into a few days.

Your Journey Through EMDR Therapy

1. Free 15-Minute Consultation

We determine if this approach fits your needs and goals.

 

2. Preparation

Complete a workbook to map out what we'll address. Call or text me anytime you need help.

 

3. Your Intensive

4-6 hours of processing traumatic memories using eye movements and bilateral stimulation. Breaks whenever needed. Food is provided.

 

4. Follow-Up Call

One week later, we evaluate your progress and discuss next steps.

 

Most clients complete 1-3 intensives. Many clients tell me the healing continues even after the session ends.
